Every so often I get obsessed with finding the perfect version of something, be it the denim shirt, ankle boot or Carly Rae Jepsen parody on You Tube (what?) I think it’s a fashion thing, I had the pleasure to hang out with Vogue’s lovely Sarah Harris for work last week. Her stance is firm, when she is looking for the perfect piece she wont let herself be distracted by inferior versions and stands firm until she gets the exact thing she wants… Wise words for a hoarder like me.
My current obsesh is silver shoes. I’m not really sure why, but I’m loving anything hologram and silver right now. I’d really like a Jonathan Saunders holo-skirt, but failing that shoes are next on my list. It helps if they have a schoolmarmish heel, or reference the 90s, two Very Good Things.
